1. Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
- We use Evri (formerly Hermes) as our trusted delivery partner.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see promotions at checkout).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Evri tracking number via email.

5. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the UK only.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solution 61 is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
